Our goal for education is to transform this society... to one whose

School development is a school level planning process designed to guide and focus a school towards the achievement of its mission - enhanced student learning. While a plan is developed within the context of both the provincial and district strategic education plans, it reflects the uniqueness of the local school environment. Through a collaborative process, the school community analyses school data - including standardized test results - and based on that analysis, sets goals, and creates and implements action plans to address those goals.
