The Data and Policy Analysts of the Human Resource Planning and Policy Division work with departments, the Treasury Board Secretariat, and other central agencies to improve government’s human resource planning capacity and human resource information management practices. The division is responsible for advancing the priority management issue of Human Resource Planning in partnership with departments, producing demographic, employee related data, and providing leadership and support to the Human Resource Data Coordinating Committee.
