The North Atlantic Minerals Symposium (NAMS) stems from a
memorandum of understanding between the Government of Ireland
and the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador. The
memorandum aims to enhance the many ties between the two,
while NAMS focuses on drawing attention to the considerable
mineral development opportunities that exist in
the North Atlantic region. The Symposium endeavours to be a
business forum as well as a geoscience event. The meeting should
be of interest to explorationists, mining managers, investors,
regulators, mineral economists and financiers.
