NOTE TO EDITORS:
John Efford, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will hold a news conference at 3 p.m. today (October 17) to discuss this year’s quality performance in the fishery. The news conference will take place in the main boardroom in the Petten Building, 30 Strawberry Marsh Road, St. John’s. Minister Efford will be joined by Earle McCurdy of the Fish Food and Allied Workers Union (FFAW) and Alastair O’Reilly of the Fisheries Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (FANL).
