Who Cares? Campaign

Who Cares? Those that don’t have the time, but always make it. Your town’s firefighters, who are always on call. Your kids’ soccer coach. Your soccer coach. The person who stops by the seniors home, just to chat. Those that share a minute, those that share an hour, those that commit their life to it. They’re the first to lend a hand, even when they need one themselves. Big or small, they step up.

35 million volunteer hours a year. They care.

In Newfoundland and Labrador, volunteers make things happen. They keep our hometowns alive. They make us all better people.

And around here, helping out is just the type people we are. Sometimes it’s formal and organized., often its just a friend helping a friend. Whatever you call it, it matters. It makes a difference. It’s what sets us apart.
