Educators implementing the Responsive Teaching and Learning (RTL) Policy do not use the Service Delivery Model (SDM) Guidelines or Forms.
The Service Delivery Model is a collaborative project between all divisions of the K-12 Branch of the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education (EDU). It is a tool which describes the continuum of programming available for students in Grades 7 to 12 who meet the criteria for individualized programming (special education). The province’s move to a more inclusive philosophy is reflected in the educational options available to students.
