Update your Employment Status

For timely referrals and client marketing, it is essential for the staff of the Office of Employment Equity for Persons with Disabilities to know which clients are available for work and their current source of income. Please contact the Office whenever there is a change in your employment status, your availability to work and/or your source of income. Also, be sure advise the office of any changes in your contact information, i.e., phone number, address, etc.

Below is an Employment Status Form that you may use at any time to advise us of any changes in your employment status.For your convenience, you may complete and submit it to us online or print it and forward it via mail. Having this information readily available to our staff will enhance the efficiency of our services to you and potential public sector employers.
