Presenter biographies and presentation abstracts will be used by workshop organizers to evaluate and select presenters. Personal contact information, including email addresses and cell phone numbers, will be used to communicate with applicants regarding the status of their submissions and to provide workshop-related information, including updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and other important event notices. This information is collected under section 61(c) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015). All information provided will be maintained in a secure manner, and confidentiality will be protected in accordance with ATIPPA, 2015. Personal information will only be accessed and used by authorized personnel for the purposes outlined above.
