Text: As part of the Provincial Government’s commitment to modernizing procurement, a contract has been awarded to Merx Network Inc. to implement and manage an electronic procurement solution for e-bidding. E-bidding will help save time and money by eliminating the need to drop off a paper copy to the procurement offices within Tendering and Contracts or the Public Procurement Agency.
