Transparency and Accountability Act

The Transparency and Accountability Act makes our decision-making process more open. The Act requires government entities to table a three-year plan and annual reports in the House of Assembly. These plans help the public understand the actions government intends to take to reach its goals and commitments. These reports help the public determine whether those goals and commitments have been achieved.

Regulatory Accountability and Reporting Act

The Regulatory Accountability and Report Act enforces regulatory best practices. Regulatory best practices help ensure that the rules set by government are fair and clear. We work with other governments to simplify regulations for people and businesses. Simplified regulations make it easier and faster to work with government.
