The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will kick off Small Business Week in the province by visiting Whink’s new store at Churchill Square and announcing an investment in Sparkes Design. The event will take place on Monday, October 15, 2:00 p.m., at Churchill Square, 8 Rowan Street, St. John’s. Small Business Week runs from October 14 to 20.

Sparkes Design, a division of Whink Enterprises Inc., is a digital wholesaler of jewelry that is designed in-house, sourced and manufactured through an international supply chain.
