Child and Youth Advocate Jackie Lake Kavanagh is committed to ensuring children and youth who are deaf and hard of hearing receive the best possible education and school experience in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Advocate invites young people and families with direct experience in the education system, as well as professionals and other stakeholders, to reach out to the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate in confidence to share their experiences and ideas.
