The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be available to media today (Friday, November 1) to discuss yesterday’s meeting with the Honourable François Legault, Premier of Quebec. The availability will take place at 1:30 p.m. in front of the House of Assembly, East Block, Confederation Building.
