| Summary: | The Department of Health and Community Services (the “Department”) received two access requests for information relating to Tamper Resistant Prescription Pads. The Department provided records with minimal redactions based on section 30 (Legal Advice) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. The Complainant was not satisfied with the Department’s response as he believed that not all information had been provided. The Director of Research and Quality Assurance determined that the Department had conducted a reasonable search and had fulfilled its duty to assist the Complainant. |
