The Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will participate in the grand opening of Torbay Common tomorrow (Friday, September 27). The grand opening of the new facility will take place at 8 Kinsmen Place, Torbay, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Serving the communities on the Northeast Avalon, Torbay Common is a new community centre that will provide opportunities for recreational, social and cultural activities in the region.
