The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Natural Resources, Government of Canada, will make a significant announcement tomorrow (Monday, February 10). They will be joined by the Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister of Natural Resources.

The announcement will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Signal Hill Campus, Memorial University, Room 2007A, 100 Signal Hill Rd, St. John’s.
