The following is being issued at the request of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act Review Committee.

The Committee established to conduct the statutory five-year review of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 would like to advise the public of the opportunity to make submissions to the Committee on the operations of the Act. The Committee is required to submit its final report by March 31, 2021.

The Committee’s Terms of Reference and further information on how to make submissions may be found on the Committee’s website at www.nlatippareview.ca.
