Proponent:  Refresh Contracting & Cabinetry Ltd.

The proponent is proposing to operate a cabinet manufacturing business at 94 Clyde Avenue in Mount Pearl. The facility will be located within an existing 4,900 square-foot building which will be modified to include a workshop for the manufacturing of wood- particle and solid-wood cabinets, and areas for a spray booth and shipping.

The undertaking was registered on July 2, 2020; the deadline for public comments is August 6, 2020; and the minister’s decision is due by August 16, 2020.
