The Provincial Parks Campsite Reservation Service will begin accepting reservations for the season extension at six Provincial Parks on September 10. Once the reservation system is launched, campsites can be reserved by calling toll-free 1-877-214-CAMP (2267) or visiting www.nlcamping.ca.

Campsites will be available for short stays up to seven nights. All seasonal campers that have not confirmed their intention to stay prior to the launch on September 10 will have to make additional reservations.

The following six Provincial Parks will remain open until Monday, October 12, for camping and day use:

• Barachois Pond
• Butter Pot
• Dildo Run
• Lockston Path
• Notre Dame
• Sandbanks
