The Newfoundland T’Railway Council, in partnership with Parks Division, are re-decking trestles along the southwest coast of the province.

Fischell’s Trestle, located in the community of Fischells, has been re-decked and is now open for use. Additional trestles from Bear Cove (Wreckhouse area) to Black Duck Brook (Black Duck Siding area) are scheduled to be re-decked this fall.

Users are advised to use caution in construction zones and to expect delays.
