The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will issue a call for 2021-22 Newfoundland and Labrador Community Transportation Program applications tomorrow (Tuesday, June 8).

The event will take place at Seniors NL, 24 Road De Luxe (St. Luke’s Home), St. John’s, commencing at 9:00 a.m. and will be livestreamed on government’s Facebook page.

Minister Abbott will be joined by Mohamed Abdallah, Executive Director of Connections for Seniors, and Kelly Heisz, Executive Director of SeniorsNL.

Public Health guidelines will be followed and media who wish to attend are asked to register by calling 709-729-3768 or emailing ginamacarthur@gov.nl.ca.
