The tentative agreement will extend the Association’s current collective agreement until June 30, 2022 and is subject to ratification by AAHP’s approximately 750 members.

The agreement will extend to all aspects of the current collective agreement, with the exception of certain specific amendments. Amendments include a salary increase and a reduction to long-term financial liabilities through changes to post-employment benefits for new employees.

The AAHP will present the tentative agreement to its membership in the coming weeks. Specific details on the changes to the current agreement will be released subject to successful ratification.
