The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, along with the Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology, will make an announcement regarding early stage financing for women in the province’s technology sector tomorrow (Thursday, September 23).

The event will take place at Emera Innovation Exchange, Memorial University’s Signal Hill Campus, 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John’s, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Premier Furey and Minister Parsons will be joined by Rhiannon Davies, Founder and Managing Partner, Sandpiper Ventures; Andrea King, Director, Customer Learning, Verafin; and, Deanne McCarthy, CEO, Swiftsure Innovations.
