Sixty Crown lands recreational cottage lots are now available for purchase in two development areas at Birchy Lake located, approximately 71 kilometres east of Deer Lake.

The lots will be held and applications accepted for a 10-day period commencing today, Wednesday, June 23, 2021, and closing on Saturday, July 3. In the event there is more than one application received for the same lot within the 10-day period, the Land Management Division will hold a draw to determine who may acquire the lot. Remaining lots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
