The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development and Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities, will participate in a virtual panel entitled ‘Employment Capacity for People with Disabilities in the Natural Resources Sector’ tomorrow (Wednesday, May 25).

The virtual event to be hosted by InclusionNL and Memorial University, starts at 1:00 p.m. and will focus on strategies to ensure equitable employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Newfoundland and Labrador’s oil and gas, mining and renewable energy sectors.
