The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Education today announced the recipients of this year’s Safe and Inclusive Schools Special Initiatives Grants

To help establish safe and inclusive learning environments for all students, the Provincial Government is providing $12,500 for these awards, shared among 32 schools this year. Schools are recognized for their efforts in achieving safe, caring and inclusive learning environments, promoting positive school climates, and sustaining safe and inclusive communities. A list of award recipients for 2022 is available here.

The Provincial Government is committed to building an educational community that fosters safe, caring and inclusive learning environments for all students.
