The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will provide an update on the Financial Restructuring Agreements of the Lower Churchill Projects with the Federal Government tomorrow (Monday, February 14). He will be joined by the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Labour and MP for St. John’s South-Mount Pearl; the Honourable Gudie Hutchings, Minister of Rural Economic Development and MP for Long Range Mountains; Yvonne Jones, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources and to the Minister of Northern Affairs, and MP for Labrador; and Brendan Paddick, lead for the Rate Mitigation Team.

The event will begin at 1:00 p.m. Location to be determined.

The announcement will be live-streamed on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Facebook and Twitter accounts and on YouTube.
