Provincial Government Launches New Graduate Opportunity to Work in Public Service

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador today launched a graduate recruitment program to attract recent post-secondary graduates to the provincial public service. This program provides the opportunity to work in various government departments, acquire a diverse skill set, and to develop a career path to management and executive roles.

The graduate recruitment program will build upon existing talent within the public service and further establish a solid leadership foundation for the years ahead.

The program is open to anyone who is eligible to work in Canada and has successfully completed a recognized post-secondary program with a minimum of a three year diploma or bachelor level program within the last two years. Those accepted into the program will receive a competitive salary and benefits, mentorship and employment for two years.
