The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will attend the 2022 Southeastern United States-Canadian Provinces Alliance (SEUS-CP) Conference in Savanah, Georgia from June 19-21.

The Provincial Government has been involved in the SEUS-CP Conference since it was established. The SEUS-CP Alliance was established in 2007 to enhance trade and investment, promote business partnerships, and encourage technological exchanges between the member provinces and states. The Alliance reinforces the importance of the long-standing Canadian-U.S. relationship and expands commercial opportunities in strategic sectors and markets through new partnerships.

Six organizations from the province will be taking part in the conference:

• Functional Foods Sensory Laboratory
• Rudy’s Transportation Services
• SucSeed Social Enterprises
• The Oat Company
• Port of Argentia
• 3F Waste Recovery.
