The Honourable Andrew Furey, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will bring greetings at the opening night of ‘Come From Away: The Concert’ in Gander this evening (Tuesday, September 13).

The concert begins at 8:00 p.m. at the Steele Community Centre. Premier Furey will address audience members attending the sold-out show shortly before the curtain goes up.

The premier will be joined by the Honourable Steve Crocker, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, and the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Education and MHA for Gander.

‘Come From Away: The Concert’ will perform three shows in Gander before moving on to St. John’s for three more sold-out performances (September 19, 20 and 21).
