Quotes
“To have the National Para Hockey Team Training Camp coming to Paradise is an excellent step toward promoting accessible and inclusive sport, and provides a unique para hockey development opportunity in this province. I am equally pleased to welcome our very own Liam Hickey home for this event. As a dual-sport Paralympian in both para hockey and wheelchair basketball, Liam is an inspiration to so many young athletes in Newfoundland and Labrador, and we are very proud of the success he has achieved.”
Honourable Steve Crocker
Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation
