The Honourable Derek Bennett, MHA for Lewisporte – Twillingate and Speaker of the House of Assembly, will attend Fire and Emergency Service Training school tomorrow (Wednesday, May 31) at the Gander Rescue Training Grounds at 10:00 a.m.

Approximately 250 volunteer firefighters will be attending training school, which runs from May 27 to June 2 in Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor. The specialized courses being offered include live fire training, vehicle rescue, basic emergency management, Incident Command System and HazMat.
