The Honourable Krista Lynn Howell, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will address the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador 2023 Spring Symposium, “Framing Our Future,” tomorrow (Friday, May 5).

The event will take place at the Quality Hotel & Suites, 100 Trans-Canada Highway, Gander. The minister’s remarks will take place at 12:30 p.m.

Minister Howell will also join Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador and the Professional Municipal Administrators to proclaim May 8-12 as Municipal Awareness Week.

The Municipal Symposium is presented by Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador annually, offering sessions on various topics of interest to municipal representatives from across the province.
