The Honourable Steve Crocker, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, will attend MusicNL’s Music Awards Gala tomorrow (Saturday, October 21).

The event takes place at Holy Heart Theatre, 55 Bonaventure Avenue, St. John’s, beginning at 8:00 p.m.

At the show, Minister Crocker will present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Buddy Wasisname & The Other Fellers.

Each year, MusicNL presents awards to Newfoundland and Labrador musicians across many categories, including Album of the Year, Fans’ Choice of the Year, Indigenous Artist of the Year and the Ron Hynes Songwriter of the Year. The awards gala closes out Music Celebration Week 2023.
