The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Labrador Affairs and Minister Responsible for Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, will speak and participate in the Cain’s Quest Awards Ceremony on Sunday, March 10.

The ceremony, which will honour racers competing this week in an endurance snowmobile race in Labrador, will be held 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Arts and Culture Centre, 300 Hudson Drive, Labrador City.
