The Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, will deliver a keynote address at the banquet of the Professional Municipal Administrators 52nd Annual Convention and Trade Show tomorrow (Wednesday, April 10).

The banquet will be held at the Quality Hotel and Suites, 100 Trans-Canada Highway, Gander starting at 6:30 p.m.
