The Honourable Pam Parsons, Minister Responsible for Women and Gender Equality, will be a guest presenter during the first day of competition for the 2024 Miss Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador Leadership Program on Friday, May 3.

The Minister’s presentation on Women in Leadership Roles takes place at the Southlands Community Centre, 40 Teakwood Drive, St. John’s, at 10:00 a.m.

The Miss Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador Leadership Program, established in 2006, is an incorporated, not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering and nurturing the potential of young women ages 13-18 in Grades 7-12 throughout the province.
