The Honourable Chris Tibbs, Minister of Environment, Conservation and Climate Change, has announced the following relative to Environmental Assessment – Part 10 – of the Environmental Protection Act.

Plan Accepted:
Gold Anchor Property Mineral Exploration Access Road             (Reg. 2385)
Proponent: Rocky Shore Metals Ltd.
On March 19, 2026, the minister advised the proponent that the Water Crossing Protection Plan for the project was reviewed and found to be acceptable. The Water Crossing Protection Plan was required as a condition of release from environmental assessment and is available on the Department of Environment, Conservation and Climate Change website at: www.gov.nl.ca/eccc/projects/project-2385/.
