The Honourable Paul Dinn, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will be available to media at Octagon Pond Elementary in Paradise tomorrow (September 9) beginning at 8:20 a.m. on the first day of school for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Minister Dinn will be joined by Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Superintendent Sharon Warren and Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superintendent Paul Peddle.
