The Honourable Tony Wakeham, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be available to speak with media today regarding the Independent Review of the Memorandum of Understanding for a New Long-Term Energy Purchase and Development Initiative between Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and Hydro-Québec.
