As Right to Know Week in Newfoundland and Labrador comes to a close, Keri-Lynn Power, Chair of the independent and autonomous ATIPPA Review Committee established to conduct the statutory five-year review of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, would like to remind the public and public bodies that only one week remains to provide written submissions to the committee on the provisions and operation of the Act. The call for written submissions opened July 15, and closes October 9.
