The Honourable Tony Wakeham, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will announce the first phase in the Provincial Government’s plan for new affordability measures for the people of the province tomorrow (Thursday, October 22) at 10:00 a.m.

The announcement will take place at the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro building (Hydro Place, 500 Columbus Drive, St. John’s). Premier Wakeham will be joined by the Honourable Craig Pardy, Minister of Finance.
