The Honourable Pleaman Forsey, Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands, will make an announcement regarding wildfire suppression and emergency service resources for Labrador on Tuesday, July 14.

Minister Forsey will be joined by Labrador West MHA Joe Power, Wabush Mayor Gertie Canning, and Labrador City Mayor Jordan Brown.

The announcement will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Gateway Labrador, 1365 Trans-Labrador Highway, in Labrador City. It will also be livestreamed on the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s YouTube channel.
