Riley Balsom, Parliamentary Assistant to the Premier and MHA for Carbonear-Trinity-Bay de Verde, will bring greetings at the public launch of Built Collective today (Tuesday, September 29).
The event will take place at the Built Collective workshop, located at 340 Lemarchant Road, St. John’s, at 2:30 p.m.
Parliamentary Assistant Balsom will join Lori LeDrew, Executive Director of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices, and other members of the Built Collective initiative.
Built Collective is a women-led construction social enterprise through the Office to Advance Women Apprentices. The Collective provides women apprentices with on-the-job experience in the trades and one-on-one mentoring from Red Seal tradeswomen.
