| Summary: | The Complainant made a request to Memorial University for records relating to the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre. Memorial provided responsive records, withholding information under sections 29 (policy advice or recommendations), 30 (legal advice), and 31 (disclosure harmful to law enforcement) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. Memorial released additional records during our investigation. The Commissioner found that the remaining exceptions had been properly applied and recommended Memorial continue to withhold the information. It was also determined Memorial had conducted a reasonable search for records and met its duty to assist. |
