| Summary: | The Complainant made a request for correction of their personal health information to Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS). NLHS refused to grant the request for correction, instead choosing to annotate the record. The Complainant filed a complaint with this Office regarding the custodian’s decision to refuse to correct their personal health information. The Commissioner found the custodian has appropriately refused to correct the record and has fulfilled its statutory obligation to annotate the record with the corrections requested but not made. |
