The Honourable Lela Evans, Minister of Women and Gender Equality, will bring greetings and sign a proclamation recognizing Stop Sexual Exploitation Week in Newfoundland and Labrador on Friday, May 1.

The event will take place at Thrive Community Youth Network, 807 Water Street, St. John’s, at 10:00 a.m.

The event is hosted by the Coalition Against the Sexual Exploitation of Youth (CASEY), a group of concerned professionals and experiential voices in the community who work together to address issues pertaining to the sexual exploitation of youth.
