The Department of Health and Community Services is advising the public of an issue with telephone line services at the MCP office in Grand Falls-Windsor. Phone lines are still accessible; however, service times may be longer than normal.

The Provincial Government is working with the service provider to resolve the matter.

• Website: Visit the official MCP page for information, forms, and FAQs at www.gov.nl.ca/hcs/mcp.
• Mail, Fax, Email, or Drop-off: Completed application forms and inquiries can be submitted by regular mail, email, or dropped off at a 24-hour mail slot at an MCP office. The specific contact details and addresses are provided at the bottom of the MCP webpage​.
