The Honourable Helen Conway Ottenheimer, Minister of Justice and Public Safety, will address the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Cadet Graduation and Swearing-in Ceremony tomorrow (Tuesday, April 7).

The event will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the C.L.B. Armoury, 82 Harvey Road, St. John’s.

Minister Conway Ottenheimer will acknowledge 18 graduates of the Police Science (Cadet) Program at the Atlantic Police Academy.
