The Honourable Joedy Wall, Minister of Housing and Minister of Social Supports and Well-Being, will participate in the opening of the 40th annual Home Show, the foremost event of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Newfoundland and Labrador.

The opening ceremony will take place at the Glacier Arena, 45 Olympic Drive, Mount Pearl at 6:00 p.m. tonight (Friday, April 24).

This marks an important milestone for CHBA-NL, as the association celebrates four decades of showcasing the latest in residential construction, renovation, and housing innovation throughout the province. The residential construction industry has long supported strong, sustainable communities in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association is the voice of Canada’s residential construction industry, with 8,500 members across the country that represent home builders, renovators, land developers, manufacturers and suppliers.
